Cody Dock Summer Live

Saturday 3rd of June 2023
11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Cody Dock’s Summer Event is a one-day mini-festival packed with workshops, live performances, guided tours and exhibitions, providing an opportunity for Cody Dock’s many stakeholders to share and celebrate their work.

This year’s Cody Dock Summer Event will focus on animating a series of new buildings, structures and public spaces that all open out onto our common, situated at the heart of Newham’s Lea River Park. Cody Dock provides a safe space where communities, architects, urban planners, universities and environmental organisations can come together to co-produce a new public realm.

The Cody Dock Summer Live Event proudly features in this year’s 2023 London Festival of Architecture program, with activities taking place for Newham Heritage Month.

Booking is required for the Cyanotype Workshop, the Clay Workshop and the Guided Walk: Cody Dock Walking Tour: Art & Industry with Sue McCarthy. A limited number of tickets for the walk and workshops will be available at the information desk on the day on a first-come-first-serve basis.
