The Cody Dock Creative Community

The facilities, moorings and studios at Cody Dock provide affordable, sustainable spaces to live and work for those with a commitment to the local area and a desire to play a role in developing it’s future.

Our approach to community is outward-looking and inclusive and we’re committed to maintaining a vibrant community and range of people, skills and experience at Cody Dock. The dock is a place for people who wish to engage with and be actively involved in life here, so Tenants make annual pledges to commit time or services to helping with our work and development or supporting the wider local community.
