Submission Guidelines
- Please ensure you send us the highest quality version of your photo.
- Each applicant may submit up to 3 photos each
- Image files must a minimum of 2,500 pixels wide
- Images must not include watermarks, borders, or signatures
- Black and white images are eligible
- Images must be submitted via google drive or directly uploaded via the entry form
- Deadline for submission is 2nd November 2025

Terms and Conditions
- All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. The image must have been created in the past three years, maximum.
- By submitting photographs to this competition, you’re granting the charity Gasworks Dock Partnership unconditional rights to exhibit and reproduce your images within its own calendar, publications, advertising materials and social media.
- Unless otherwise indicated, applicants will be notified via email if they have a winning entry. The exhibition will be free and all proceeds from the calendar will be spent on GDP’s educational and environmental programmes.
