Are you coming to our Big Event on 16th June? If so, why not enter some delicious home cooked goodies into our Bake-off competition? You can enter any sort of baked goods, so bring your speciality or let your imagination run wild! Entries must be submitted between 12:00 – 14:30 on the day and the judging will take place at 15:00.
Judging will be based on the following criteria:
- Marks for presentation
- Marks for consistency
- Marks for flavour
- Marks for creativity
As a competition for home cooks, you must meet the following criteria in order to apply:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Have never worked as a full time baker, cook or chef
- Not hold any qualifications in food production, cooking or baking
All entries will be sliced for tasting after the judging has taken place.
